304 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing didn’t start from scratch. We grew out of the construction business — out of family-owned companies that have spent years building homes and commercial projects across West Virginia. Heating, cooling, and plumbing were always part of that work. Standing 304 up as its own company was the natural next step.
That foundation is why we don’t look like a startup. Our team carries more than 200 years of combined experience — master technicians, installers, and craftsmen who have been doing this their entire careers. When one of our people walks into your home, they’ve almost certainly seen your problem before.
We built 304 to fill a real gap. Smaller local companies often don’t have the resources to deliver consistent, top-tier service. Many of the larger ones have been bought by out-of-state interests that put profits ahead of people. We think homeowners deserve a third option: a company with the depth to do the job right and the local roots to actually care how it turns out.
So, we lead with service, not sales. We tell you what your system needs — and what it doesn’t. We’d rather fix the small thing today than sell you something you don’t need. That’s what comfort you can trust means to us.
