2. SPONSOR
   This Sweepstakes is sponsored by:
   304 Heating Cooling Plumbing Fraziers Bottom, West Virginia (“Sponsor”)
3. ELIGIBILITY
   The Sweepstakes is open only to:

• Legal residents of the United States of America
• Who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry

The following individuals are not eligible:

• Employees of Sponsor and its affiliated companies
• Immediate family members and household members of such employees

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on:
July 8th, 2026 at 12:00 AM (ET)

The Sweepstakes ends on:
Sept 6th, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET)

All entries, must be received by Sept 6th, 2026.

5. ENTRY CONDITIONS

• All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries
• Automated or bulk entries are prohibited

6. PRIZE

One (1) Prize:

• TRANE HVAC system with choice of either heat pump or furnace. All equipment and labor included.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $13,600

Prize is:

• Non-transferable
• No cash substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion

Exclusion:

Prize does not include duct work modifications or upgrades, relocation of the indoor or outdoor units, or modifications of any flues for a gas furnace.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. WINNER SELECTION

• Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all entries on or around September 7th, 2026

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. TAXES & FEES

Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, title fees, registration fees, licensing fees, insurance costs, and any other expenses not specifically stated herein.

Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 if required by law.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair integrity

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• • Technical failures
  • Lost or delayed mail
  • Errors in administration

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Where permitted by law, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use:

• • Name
  • Likeness
  • City/state

For promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
