Your Membership Includes:

  • Two precision tune-ups every year — one for cooling, one for heating
  • Priority scheduling — members go to the front of the line
  • No service fees and no overtime fees — ever
  • 10% off any repair
  • 10-year parts & labor warranty on a new system installed by us (with active membership)
  • 5% loyalty credit toward a new system when it’s time to replace
  • Additional systems covered for just $10/month each, serviced on the same visit

Membership Terms Apply. The 304 Comfort Plan is billed monthly, plus applicable tax, to your payment method on file until you cancel. You may cancel anytime by phone or email; if you cancel within the first 12 months, you may be billed for the value of member benefits received. Benefits are available only while Membership remains active and in good standing, and the 10-year parts and labor warranty on qualifying installations requires continuous active Membership. Membership does not include repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, equipment replacement, permits, or code upgrades except as provided under an optional add-on plan. Breathe Easy
FILTER PROGRAM

We can eliminate  the hassle out of remembering to change your HVAC system filters. During our twice a year inspection, we will swap out your filters for you.

Filter program price will be added to the price of the 304 Comfort Plan. Plan includes six 1-inch filters per year or four 2-inch filters per year or two 4–5-inch filters per year. Price does not include tax.

Priority Plumbing
PLAN

Our annual plumbing inspection service allows us to monitor potential problems before they happen. Plan includes: Annual Safety Plumbing inspection, Water Tank Flush, EXCLUSIVE member scheduling, and no overtime or callout fees.

Plan price will be added to the price of the 304 Comfort Plan. Standard dispatch/service fee waived when work is performed. 10% discount on all plumbing repairs and upgrades. 2 year parts and labor warranty on all repairs (excludes drain cleanings). Price does not include tax.
